Unity File Update: Emma


Quick update of the Unity file:

The unity farm file is nearly done, with only a few remaining assets to be textured and some textures that need tweaking. The file is a mix of cellshading and flat, but I am hoping to update the cell shaded textures to change them to flat.


the floating islands have been textured, and most of them have an alpha channeled grass edging to make it a bit more 3D. The platforms have been remapped, and are now nearly finished. besides final touches.


I have also been making changes to the final layout of the map, extending it and adding to it, some of the assets are needing of replacement, such as the long hay bales will be replaced with crates.

There are also moving platforms, the small problem is that if you jump onto the platform you will go through it, which I will adjust. The problem may be that the velocity of the downwards of the jump doesn't stop, the same as when the player hits the top of something and "sticks for a moment" once the this is adjusted we can fix this to the moving platforms as well.

I have also modeled the "End stone", which will be put at the end of every level., which will mark the trigger to the next cutscene. it has a firefly particle effect and point light. which we are still debating colours for.
